For Joe and Bev Groff, the goal was to transform their existing garage and porch to look like new while increasing the size of each. We added a 32×28 garage to their existing 28×22 garage and replaced siding and roof on the original to match the new part. We added a 14×4 roofed concrete porch to the existing porch, increasing the porch size by 56 sq. ft.
